Implementation of the Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act (ElektroG) for the company ATB Water GmbH under the WEEE-Reg. No. DE 90134298.
The ElektroG bindingly governs what happens to collected electrical and electronic products: They are to be collected and transported in such a way that no hazardous substances can be released on the way. Certified and specialised waste disposal companies treat the products, eliminate harmful substances and recover raw materials in complex processes, which are then fed back into the manufacturing process as secondary raw materials. For suitable end-of-life products, the legislator also stipulates to test whether reuse is possible. In the ideal case, the old products can be refurbished and reused as good used products. In particular, second-hand smartphones, PCs and laptops may be suitable for a second or third life. Accordingly, professional collection and disposal of electrical and electronic products protects the climate and environment and also conserves the earth's increasingly scarce resources.

Enforcement of the Packaging Act (VerpackG) at the Central Packaging Register (ZSVR) for the company ATB Water GmbH under the registration number DE2465212006906.
Throughout Europe, it applies to packaging that the manufacturer of a product also assumes product responsibility for the packaging in terms of avoidance, reuse and recycling. The implementation in Germany takes place via the Packaging Act (VerpackG). In this context, the Central Packaging Register Agency assumes the task of registering the product responsible parties and thus making them public, and of ensuring transparency and legal clarity through further tasks (e.g. data reporting). The other ecological goals, such as the fulfillment of recycling quotas and the financial promotion of more sustainable packaging, are monitored by the Central Packaging Register Office.
